Use our fully functioning kitchenette for your next event, cooking segment, or lifestyle shoot. The dark and minimal design provides an excellent contrast to the otherwise light space. It’s also stocked with a Nespresso machine and all of your photoshoot snack necessities.

Little Details

  • Our studio has windows facing south, providing the space with natural light throughout all seasons.

  • We have a variety of furniture from designers like CB2 and Scout Design Studio. Our studio has a couch, desk, chair, full length mirror, 72” dining table, two white pedestals, greenery, and tons of props and decor.

  • Our full kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, hot plate, plenty of counter space so host your next culinary shoot or event. It’s also stocked with a Nespresso machine and snacks and drinks for your upcoming meeting or shoot.

  • Our building offers ample parking and a loading dock to bring any equipment inside the space.

  • Down the hall we have a bathroom for changing as well as a private office space that can be used on request.

  • Our studio is ready for your upcoming shoot. We have a Nespresso machine, drinks and snacks for your time at the studio.

  • We ask that if you’re filming with a large crew to have booties on to preserve our beautiful space. This is our home and we ask you treat it as your own.

    No smoking allowed on the premises.

  • The space has a camera installed and will be monitored for security purposes.

  • If you need to shift your event date you can do so within 30 days for a full refund. Any cancellations within 14 business days will be subject to a 50% refund and within 7 days, no refund will apply.
